Report Abuse Hello, I am turning 16 in January and have no idea what to do for my party! I want to do a semi-formal thang, but my family has a budget! I know where and when and all that, but I don't know what to do after when it's just me and my friends....e-mail me back with ideas!

Hey, I'm turning 16 in Dec. And i'm having my party in Jan. Well, it's not really a party but i was going to go out to dinner with some friends and then rent a limo to pick us from there and then cruise down town a bit. It's just an idea.
