Hello,
I have a 2 year, Mobile Food Vendor Permit available for lease beginning June 01, 07.
The permit is good for anywhere in the 5 boroughs of New York City and can be either a non-processing or processing permit.
If you are seeking a permit, please respond only if you are familiar with the intricacies of vending in New York, or, you are willing to lease the permit and learn as you go. I don't have the ability to offer any advice on the industry and am interested in leasing this permit as soon as possible.
Subject to negotiation and other factors, the lease will require an upfront payment of the total two year lease amount or possibly an initial deposit and monthly payments, as well as a UCC Lien interest in the cart the permit is affixed to.
If you are interested please contact me to discuss this further at dalphabetter@yahoo.com .
Thanks.
D'alphonse.
I am interested in your vendors permit. Please let me know if it is still available and how much are you asking? Do you also have the equipment;vehicle machines etc? Please reply either way if it is or is not available.
Would you be so kind and let me know if your offer is still available? If yes can we discuss details. If not please inform me as such. Thank you . Yossi

Hey. I, like so many in here, am also interested in a food vending permit. I'd like to use it in Brooklyn (Williamsburg, specifically) and I need a cart or truck to go with the permit. It's my understanding that they have to come together anyway. I'm not totally new to the business. I was in it in Colorado for a few years, and I've been going through the process of getting my Vending License here.
Anyway, if you have a Vending Permit to lease or sell (can they be sold?), I'd love to hear from you.
