Hi Shacara,
I just did a Night Under the Stars for a Sweet Sixteen Birthday Party. We had stars all over the place and the photographer had a decorated arbor to have photographs taken. The ceiling had a starlit night with starlit columns coming down that looked like a patio, which actually turned out to be the dance floor. The birthday girl wore a tiara and she walked in on a red carpet.
