Cool party ideas for young teens? My soon-to-be 14 year old daughter is desperate for some party games that don't cost a lot of money (none) and don't require her parents to drive all over town getting stuff.
She's invited 30-35 boys and girls mostly aged 13 for this Saturday night. She says they'll play Truth or Dare because it's "interesting". Ahem. She is wracking her brains and ours trying to come up with other fun stuff for them to do that's not lame.
She says the kids are kind of shy about dancing with each other so we need games to break the ice.
Please, a desperate parent cries out for your help!
Hey! thats a good question because its difficult for certain ages of people, im 17, my sister is 15 and having a patry today. They are [playing a game where they took quotes that everyone has said and put it no a pice of paper and everyone gets a sheet and they all have to guess who said what quote. Or you could put random names of things in a bag [lobster, old woman, tree] and they pick a piece out from a hat and play charades, or have water balloon fights, or put random prizes in balloons and let everyone pick a balloon and pop them to see what suprises they get, or blindfold one person and play chase put the one chasing everyone is blindfolded, or everyone hids in a sleeping bag, except for one person that was out of the room and when they comeback, they sit on a sleeping bag and they ask one question and try to guess who is in which one...hope these ideas help! i have been threw a lot of fun birthdays with these! :-)
