I just want to let every bride out there to know to stay away from To the last detail or a woman by the name of Sandra Hackney. Unfortunantly 6 months before my wedding my fiance' and I separated. So I had to call all the vendors and cancel and all of them were very sweet and sympathetic about the whole situation except for her. Now Sandra Hackney and I had signed a contract that had no cancellation or refund policy on it so I asked her to at least refund me half and keep half for her time, even though I was entitled to a full refund and 2 months later have yet to receive anything from her. I call and call and call and get nothing but her voicemail so everyone steer clear of a shady business woman like this!!!
