My question is do you have to be hispinc to have a sweet 15 because i relly want to have one and every body i saying why do i and i don't know i just know that i want to have one. I love the hispinc culture and i know the language a little but i want to have and i just need some tips and i want to know if you have to be hispinc to have one.

No girl has to be hispanic to have a sweet 15. You can have one when ever you want. You may have seen somewhere that a hispanic girl is having a "quincenera" . The reason they have one is because it's a significant that, that girl is getting out of childhood and on to adulthood.
