The gown is just beautiful. It's never been worn accept to be tried on and never altered. It's in the color amethyst (pale purple) and it's strapless with a thick band of crystals and beads at the neckline, on the back by the covered buttons and all down the train and around the hem. It's truly beautiful. It's a size 10 but the buttons on the back can be altered to fit a 8, 10 or 12 (in "wedding dress sizes"). The style is Philadelphia and it has been discontinued. You're in luck. I have a Maggie Sottero, "Haute Couture" Evangeline dress, size 12, but they run small. I am an 8, or 10 in jeans normally, and sometimes a 6 in Ann Taylor, etc. I fell in love with this dress, first one I put on, bought it and then called off the wedding a month later. It was $1200, and I would take 600 for it. It's in perfect shape, never worn except when we picked it up at the store. It's A-line with beading at the top, a matching clutch and shaw. I've been wondering what to do with it for a while now and have finally decided to sell it. I can send you a picture as soon as I take it. I'm running out the door right now. I have a maggie "marseilles" ruby corset top size 10 with swarovski crystals and ivory skirt with matching shoulder wrap and handbag. It needs slight cleaning from storage but never worn was a sample gown. It fits 5 foot 2 and under. No tears or markings.

The bodice boasts an external boning feature, which enhances the corset look. Beautiful gown!!! Never been worn. I also will include the certificate of authenticity.
