I ordered this gown myself, and I agree--the cost was staggering. I am still recovering! But, like you, I fell in love all over again. :) While I can't help you out in getting a gown, I can give you a suggestion--I spoke online with a girl who also ordered the winsome, but she opted to have the beading only on the bust. She said it made the gown significantly less expensive. I thought I'd mention it to you because the dress is so detailed, I doubt you'd miss much by eliminating the beading on the body. Just thought that might help!

I also bought winsome and am wearing it for my November wedding. I did not get the veil that went with the dress. I ending up getting a more simple veil. It is cathedral length trimmed with ivory satin.

Yes I did buy the veil with dress, I was not going to but then saw it and it was so beautiful. I chose the gold/ivory combo that the sample dress was in. For shoes I am looking as well. I tried on a pair of filipa scott shoes, they were peak toe, and so comfortable. I may go with them even though they have silver around the foot. You can see them on filippascott.com
I also purchased Melissa Sweets Winsome dress for my July wedding as well and found shoes at zappos.com....Mine are a the Kate Spade Mattie. They are perfect and very comfortable. I opted for a 2 inch heel and these match my ivory/light gold dress!
