I want to know how to make a wedding gown skirt look like the one in the november rain video. I can do the gown but need to know how to make it stand out like it does
I am a seamstress by trade, so I would be very interested in helping anyone fullfil their wedding dreams. I used light weight fabric( silk taffeta, bridal satin) with stiff "diamond" netting, like for crinolines, folded(24"down to 12") sewn in seam of train and then gathered to lining of train, forming a roll going under the skirt and train.
