Hello everyone! I was wondering what everyone paid on average for their wedding invitations. Also, are you including response/reception/rsvp cards? Thanks in advance.
Hi Im only spending around $100 for 75 because Im getting the seal-n-send ones without envelops and the RSVP card is attached there very pretty if you want to know where to look go to Rexcraft . Com
We paid $265.00 for 100 invites, reception cards, response cards, envelopes and tissue inserts. We payed extra for a rust colored ink (matched my autumn theme). This included shipping. I ordered online. I had seen the same invitations at a small boutique near my house for almost $300.00 more than what we paid. I took the number off them out of the book and then searched online and found the exact ones for a great savings. I ordered on a Monday and they were delivered on Friday!
About $35-$40 for 100 invites, that includes the invitation, envelope, and a postcard response card. I'm making them myself. I picked out a paper from the scrapbooking section of my local craft store. This will be the base of my invite. (came to about $8 onsale for 50 sheets, each sheet makes 2 invites). I'm buying vellum sheets online ($15 for a 100 pack, cheapest price i've found). The words will be printed on the vellum then attached to the pretty paper with a ribbon. For the response cards I got cardstock in a matching color (25 pack for $2), You get four postcards out of each sheet. Envelopes from an office supply store for about $6. If you'd like more info on this including the website for the vellum (which by the way also has a lot of custom made invites at discount prices 30% off listed prices everyday) send me an email tracijenae@hotmail.com Have fun finding/making invites!
