I am a freshmen in highschool..and i have to think about what i want to be. I would like to be a wedding planner! Where would i start out? do i have to school?

I feel that I have missed my oppourtunity to live out my dream career but I still have a desire yet still at 39Years old I still want to create special events for those who desire to have it I have always wanted to do weddings but because of finances not sure if i cand afford it I want to do weddings could you tell me what it is that i must do to get started .........................one sista' and a prayer.
