I need some ideas for the Groom and Groomsmen attire for a beach wedding. We deffinately do not want to do tuxes, we were thinking white button downs and khaki's but I just don't want them to look to under-dressed next to my bridesmaids. Is there a way to dress up khaki's and a white button down?
Khaki is casual by nature, I don't think it dresses up well. Not that I don't like the idea, because I do. But, if you want something dressier, you could put your guys in white shirts and natural colored linen slacks. I went to a small beach wedding a couple of years ago and the guys wore white linen slacks with silk shirts that coordinated with the bridesmaids dresses. The pictures were awsome, they were so gorgeous. The sand, the pastels on the bridal party the sun....it was heavenly.
