Report Abuse Hi, I had my first and last Depo shot in July. Since then I have not had a period which was great, however the side effects aren't. My hair has been falling out, I have gained about 10 lbs, I have no sex drive and when I do have sex it is very painful. I wish I knew then what I know now. Depo is actually the worst thing for a woman.
