I am getting married a year from now, many people tell me I need a theme for my wedding. Help!!! Is this true? I don't have a clue for theme. I have read about winter weddings, snowflakes etc..... I am getting married in Fort Lauderdale so the whole winter thing makes no sense for me.... We don't know what winter is??? Help if you can. Thanks
No but a good suggestion would be a new beginning for a theme. Birthsone as a color for the month of january for month of janaury black & white wedding are very pretty this time of year
You don't need a theme but many couples choose some sort of unifying element(s) so that aesthetically, your ceremony and reception look like one contiunous event. Your flowers and colors could provide a unifying look - you will carry a bouquet down the isle and probably choose a similar style for centerpieces and to embellish the cake. Monograms and ciphers (the first inital of you and your fiance's first names) are also popular and can be used any time of the year on cakes, invitations, napkins, etc. If you need help with wedding invitations, please visit:
