Wedding

I am planning to have my wedding in June 2008. I am thinking of having around 150-170 guests. My budget is $3500. I would like it to be an elegant, but inexpensive affair. My preference for location is anywhere in the NY area(i.e., Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island and etc) A few places of suggestions would be helpful. To help minimize costs we're even considering on having the wedding ceremony (preferably outdoors) within the same vicinity of the reception if at all possible. Thanks for all your help..
