I am searching for a vfw hall for my daughter's sweet 16 party i am on a low budget and I am a single parent doing it all by myself. My daughters name is Chelsea and she deserves this because she has really been working hard this year for the A and B honor roll the party date is July 11, 2009 she was born on the 4th of July so i want it to be such a great party for her she will also have a bracelet ceremony where she will be presented with a braclet with 16 charms given to her by her closes friends and family with a message attached to it.
