Is she going to be with you in person? Wasn't sure since you mentioned you met online.
Anyway once you get your marriage license and follow the necessary rules for your state ( some states require a waiting period or counseling), you can get married. Call your court house and see if a notary can marry you too as an option. Many times the courthouse will have a list of people who will do the type of wedding you want.
Basically the best thing to do is to call your county courthouse ( clerks office) and they can answer any questions you have. Every state and sometimes county is different.
