I have bad scars on both arms, What do I do when it's time to put on the ring? Or eat? I read i'm supposed to take my gloves off in the receiving line,What for? Help!
I am also going to wear gloves, about elbow length. I am not going to take them off for my ring, it will fit over. But I think you really need to take them off to eat. As for the receiving line, I guess that is up to you.

Hi Stacy, I have two suggestions for you.
1. Wear fingerless gloves that you don't have to take off for the ring or eating or
2. Get 2 set of gloves, the one where you can take just the ring finger out for the ceremony and one that have no fingers for the reception.
Whatever you decide make sure you feel comfortable doing it.
Hi, thanks girls, I haven't found the kind of glove w/ the finger coming off, but I havn't looked much either! maybe ill add sleeves, my dress is off the shoulder , how long can i get away with for gloves?
