| I am a close friend of both families. The bride is having several showers (at leat 5 or 6)by various members of the brides family of friends and grooms. If you are hosting a shower, should you be invited to other showers? If you have been invited to one shower, should you be invited to more than one? Is this not expecting more than one shower gift besides then a wedding gift? |

| You can be invited to more than one shower, however no one who is invited to multiple showers is expected to bring a gift to each. You only need to bring a gift to the first shower you attend. |
