My fiancee and I are planning a camo wedding in Oct, it is going to be no 3 for both of us, and both of us are avid hunters, So any ideas, since the time is drawing nearer, we have camo invitations and that is it, any ideas would be greatly appreciated, I would like to wear some type of mossy oak type of dress, I am getting a camo garter belt, any ideas?
Hi Cheryl and congratulations:
Keep checking all the forums on this site. LOTS has been asked and answered about camo weddings. There are many good suggestions. Just keep looking at all the boards - centerpieces; weddings; favors; invitations, etc.
HI there,
Thanks for replying to my message, we dont have alot of money to spend for our wedding, My fiancee is just recovering from broken ribs from a 4wheeler accident and has been out of work, so we are trying to manage on my income, he has went back to work this week, so we are hoping that we can have a great wedding, it will be an outdoor wedding , so that will save us some money there, but we have some friends that are giving us some tips on who we can get our cake done by, ect,,, but if you have a picture of one of the dresses that are camo trimmed and how much, that would be great,, also gail, I am still searching for the right websites for camo ideas, I appreciate the reply,, I will keep hunting,, haha,
I will have a couple gowns done in camo finished by the end of this month. I'll post them on the board. One will be all camo and the other is going to have camo fabric in the inset of the skirt with a band of camo around the strapless top. Other than that, the gown will be a traditional white gown. My designer is using the Mossy Oak bridal satin from snydercreek.com
Daisy Days has some beautiful camouflage wedding accessories that would go great with your theme. We have a wicker basket, ring pillow, guest book, and serving set. You can find these items on our website - www.daisy-days.com. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Thanks!
IF you google camo wedding accessories, you will find a number of places. Ebay is a good bet. I can order some items, but they are in a desert/military type camo, rather than the mossy oak that we are using to make our wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses. I am happy to help with any ideas you need for decorating etc. Too. JoAnne
