J & S Catering can provide Catering Services in the South West for all types of events from Business Functions and Corporate Hospitality to Weddings, Barbecues and Sporting Events.

J & S Event Caterers was established in 1990 and is a family-run business. We provide top-quality food, at competitive prices and pride ourselves on offering our many varied clients excellent value for money.

We are able to cater for all types of events from Business Functions and Corporate Hospitality to Weddings, Barbecues and Sporting Events.

The business is based at the Coombe Dingle sports Complex where we have established an excellent reputation providing the catering function to the University of Bristol for a11 its sporting functions and to over thirty local organisations who regularly use the facilities.

We are noted for our attention to detail, from first contact to delivery of service, so that on the day our clients can simply enjoy the events and functions without the worry.

Our services as caterers can be as simple or as complex as you, the client, wish it to be. We provide a range of catering services from small finger buffets to large sit down meals. Whatever you require we, as your chosen company, will provide.

Weddings

However large or small you would like your wedding to be we can cater for it. We as a company understand the importance of your big day and with our help you can make it a day to remember. We believe that it is people that make a wedding day special. Our friendly and attentive staffs are available to help you make the right choices on table decorations, colour schemes, table planning and layouts, drinks lists, marquee size, music and menus.

We offer a service that tries to keep things simple so that you can enjoy a memorable day. In terms of menus we can offer anything from a finger buffet to an all-inclusive wedding package, The all-inclusive package would include a marquee of your choice, drinks on arrival, main meal, evening buffet, drinks with your meal and for the toast and a fully licensed bar. Within the facilities we can also offer a menu for children to eat together with, or separate from, the main dining area.

Corporate Events

We are experienced in catering for the needs of our many corporate clients whether for large or small functions.

Situated in the heart of Stoke Bishop, North Bristol, in a relaxed and tranquil environment on a 38-acre site Coombe Dingle is the ideal venue for Corporate Events and Functions. The size of the site allows for great flexibility in the size of event or function that can be held. The main bar/restaurant can cater for up to 100 seated and we have an on-site marquee that can hold a similar amount.

More recently we have catered for 300 seated in a marquee brought to site and we have a very good working relationship with two local marquee companies who will tailor your requirements to the correct size of marquee.

The menus for the functions can be kept simple or made very elaborate depending on your needs. You can choose from a wide variety of finger buffet, knife and fork buffets or sit down menus.
