Co-Ordination Catering Hire is a family run business providing high quality equipment, advice and service for over thirty years. Our client base includes contract and private caterers, venues, schools, local businesses and the general public. We offer our full range of services seven days a week. All of our equipment can be delivered to the event address and collected at convenient times to suit customer and venue requirements.
We can provide a full range of catering hire equipment – everything you could possibly need for your successful event. China, Cutlery, Glassware, Table Linen, Decorations, Tables, Chairs, Chiller Trailers, Kitchen Equipment and lots more – in fact, everything but the food! We also have chiller/freezer trailers and walk-in cold rooms available. We can also provide cover for freezer break downs, during weekdays and weekends.

Each Portable, self-assembly wooden parquet floor panel is 34" square. Use the Dance Floor Size Calculator to measure the size you require, where the floor is laid in a marquee it is essential that the panels are laid on heavy gauge polythene sheeting to protect the undersides from rising damp, which will cause permanent damage. It is also important to ensure that the floor is laid evenly to reduce risk of possible injury and damage to the panels. The price per panel includes edging (5 ¼" deep.) The Dance Floor is easy to lay; a set of instructions is supplied at the time of hire.

Prices exclude VAT and delivery charges and are correct at the time of going to print. Quotations and Confirmations provide a breakdown of all charges for the equipment hire and services. Co-Ordination Catering Hire reserves the right to make alterations to prices without prior notice and you are advised to confirm prices at the time of placing your order.
All non-account customers are required to pay a holding deposit on confirmation of order. The outstanding balance of the order to be paid 5 days prior to commencement of hire. A breakage deposit is required as missing, broken and damaged items will be charged for. This will be returned upon the equipment having been checked back in at our premises. We accept all major credit and debit cards, cheques with bankers card and cash. A 30 day credit account may be set up – please ask for an application from our office staff.
