We use a traditional spit roast system and provide a wide range of superb meats including beef, pork, lamb, chicken, and turkey. We also provide a catering service that is ideal for events such as weddings, fairs, corporate events and garden parties. For our catering service, we offer whole hog roasts, Free-range chicken and turkey, Outdoor reared pork, Summer and Mediterranean style BBQ, Canapé s and appetizers, Fork and finger food buffets, Vegetarian and vegan options, Traditional and luxury, bespoke desserts.

We provide our spit roasts on a DIY basis for smaller garden parties wanting an alternative to themon barbecue! We can supply you with various services ranging from DIY hire of a single spit to a bespoke package, or roast to cutlery and waiting staff!

So for your next occasion consider something a little bit different and incredibly delicious, for your catering. We can cope with up to a thousand diners as your caterers, or provide you with everything you need to look after smaller parties yourself.

Whether you just want a roaster with a pig or a fully catered morning and evening meal with waiting staff, gazebos and cutlery we can provide as much or as little as you need. We source our delicious range of meats from local farms with free-range policies prepared in the time honoured style by our capable catering staff.

We use only high quality foods and purchase all of our meat from farms with free-range policies and practices in place.  Our staff are all food hygiene certified and ourpany is registered with the local authority as a caterer and a member of the NCASS Catering Association, which further assures quality business practices and food preparation techniques.
