Opening in August 2010, The Music Pod is the creation of Neil Bankhurst who has put all of his own money and time into this 'One-stop shop' for local musicians. He has played in many bands over the years and is now dedicated to helping others.

No matter what style, age or ability you have The Music Pod is there for you.

In December 2011 The Music Pod moved to new amazing premises in Blackhill, Consett. A second room was opened in Jan 2012 and theres a lot more going on, so make sure you check us out.
