Is it okay to have a co-ed bachelor/bachelorette party?

Recently, as the age of marriage is increasing, many couples have decided to throw joint co-ed bachelor/bachelorette parties. This is a great idea for couples who don’t feel the need to have one last crazy night, but instead want to just throw a fun party with all of their friends. There are tons of fun things you can do to make this a truly great night like adding a fun theme, having dinner together, but still leaving time to do gender separate activities, and playing co-ed games. Another alternative to the traditional bachelor/bachelorette party is to plan a small trip with your friends at a cabin on the lake or a nice hotel on the beach. The boys can still have time to fish or golf while the girls take some time to layout or go to a spa, before meeting up for dinner and some drinks.
